"Upon arrival, I contacted King who stated Eisler has been posting bad reviews about her preschool via internet. King stated she does not know why he would post bad reviews if the business had been closed for sometime now. King is not in fear of Eisler but stated these reviews have been an ongoing issue. I examined the posts that King provided to me and there were statements that indicated the person who posted the reviews were trying to defame King. Some of the posts referred back to Eisler. I advised her of the TRO and King stated she understood."

I’m the former owner of Ponderosa Montessori School. Mr. Eisler’s child attended my school for about 6 months in 2012, after-which the enrollment was terminated by me. Unfortunately, I have spent the past 5 years in defense against Mr. Eisler’s defamatory internet postings about my school, my former aides and me. In all of his postings and as recently as January 2017, Mr. Eisler keeps insisting he enlisted “support of local police” to rally against me. He even goes as far as stating the South San Francisco Police Department suggested he obtain a restraining order against me.
In the beginning: I created http://www.montessoritalk.com/ to refute his outrageous claims. The website offered prospective parents an opportunity to hear my rebuttal to Hamish Eisler’s defamatory claims. However, we are now in 2017 and Hamish’s libelous internet rants continue. Today, I’m taking action to put an end to his lies and cyberbullying. A few of his more serious misrepresentations are cited here.
