Hamish Eisler continued his online harassment by by publically calling me a "bully and a liar." He accused me of having a "fake aide," of posting "PICTURES" of a confidential file and of having a "policy of 'videotaped confessions' for minor misbehavior." All of these allegations were false.

One morning immediately after drop off: His child's folder went missing. The folder contained confidential disciplinary reports as well as Hamish's employment details, social security number and banking information. I could not immediately reach him by telephone. As a precautionary measure, the missing file was immediately reported.
That evening at pickup, Hamish became agitated and "confronted" my daughter and me. When we attempted to explain the situation, he became "offended," and accused us of "cross-examining" him. His accusations were baseless and his demeanor was threatening. At that time my daughter and I concluded termination of the Eisler family was the best way to secure the safety of my students, parents and staff. Hamish was given his child's belongings and he was escorted off the premises.
However, spinning himself into the role of the victorious one: he deceptively touts

After escorting Hamish Eisler off my property, I emailed a formal letter of termination to the Eisler family and Child Care Licensing. I prepared notices for all parents and personnel: informing them of Hamish Eisler's aggressive behavior and alerting them he was permanently banned from our school.

The following morning, official notices were given to all parents alerting them to the Hamish Eisler was permanently barred from our property.
Sadly, intruder violence in schools is on the increase. It was my responsibility as an educator and child care provider to protect my students, their parents and my staff from possible high risk confrontations. Hence, the barring of possible troublesome clients from my facility. This news footage reports an incidence of intruder violence. The school shooting took place a few miles from my oldest daughter's home in DeKalb County, Georgia. She is the daughter Hamish Eisler tracked online, and whose Facebook page Hamish disseminated to members of the general public.

Depending on which of the many internet spins you read: Hamish either faults the police or me, and sometimes both of us for insinuating he stole the missing file. No one positively accused him of theft. However, despite his online persona of repugnance and infuriation, he quickly updated his Yelp profile to brazenly read:
"I got warrants!"
In order to protect my business reputation: I created
a supplementary school website. I used the site to state the facts and post the documentation needed to expose Hamish's online lies and defamations. The website gives readers the facts and documentation needed to read beyond Hamish Eisler's internet defamations.

Upon learning of MontessoriTalk, Hamish hired San Francisco attorney Hank Burgoyne who strongly suggested I "immediately take down the Website."

We were clients of this home-based daycare, known at the time as Ponderosa Montessori. Search for this establish on Yelp to see our unbelievable experience and other parents. This preschool has multiple serious citations, which they are required to disclose to existing and new clients. However she is now attempting to conceal these by creating false yelp reviews (note many filtered and yelp-removed reviews,) changing her name on the Yelp profile, changing the name of the business (now for the fourth time), the phone number, and website. Bear this in mind when considering the veracity of her tale of our "unruly and dangerous child" against whom she launched a dedicated smear cite - leading to her citations by licensing.
Don't be fooled by her continued deception and plagiarized website images. Like other parents we were charmed by her apparently warm demeanor, but in the end we had to enlist police and legal assistance to stop her vicious retaliatory attacks against out 3-year old. There are plenty of options for honest and trustworthy providers available.

I did not change my school's phone number or website address. Nor did I change the name of my school. I did however contact Craigslist. A diligent representative researched my concerns and quickly determined the falsity of Hamish's claims.

"Fake," "Imaginary" and "Sock Puppet" Employees
Hamish Eisler continued to use online forums in which he called my staff members "fake," "imaginary" and "sock puppets." Many of my former employees are still working in the child care industry. Hamish does not have the right to refer to them by name- for the purpose of discrediting their work histories.
Hamish has placed repeated emphasis on former employee Joann Padfield. Concerned his ongoing defamation could have an adverse effect on Ms. Padfield's career prospects, I made contact with Child Care Licencing for proof of her employment at my school.
Garfield Leung confirmed Ms. Padfield was on my employee roster from 2012 until the time of my retirement and school closure in 2015. Licensing performs periodic records checks. Ms. Padfield's last check was conducted in 2014 as indicated above. Certain identifying information has been redacted to protect Ms. Padfield's privacy.
