After deducting the cost of a towel rack his child dislodged and twisted along with the cost for wall repairs and painting, I forwarded receipts and a tuition refund check to Hamish. A money order was sent because I did not feel comfortable allowing him access to my company banking information.
In his reply, Hamish makes light of the damages his daughter caused. He then offers a taunting and harassing invitation to my employee "KV," whom Hamish insists was nothing more than one of my "fake" and "elusive" assistants.

We received your money order today for $150. It's great you went to the extra effort to purchase a money order and to send it priority mail. I think we all know what happens when things get misplaced! Anyway, you're probably kicking yourself because it looks like you forgot to include the documentation explaining the $150 charge. I saw the receipt for the towel ring - nice choice. Careful what you hang on it though - some of that style have issues with the ring popping out pretty easily. You also included a receipt for a gallon of paint which I presume to be in error since your pictures (attached) show no apparent need for paint. On the other hand, maybe you elected to repaint the entire bathroom a new color to complement the oil rubbed bronze? I trust you'll share pictures of the impressive result? We saw the before, we'd love to see the after! Naturally, as previously requested we'd also appreciate a copy of the workman's bill, if only to have his name on file next time we have a similarly large job we can't tackle ourselves. I trust this is not a problem given your meticulous records. One suggestion - since money orders and priority mail are expensive and inconvenient, feel free to just have KV drop the documentation and any additional refund in our mailbox directly ;)

Hamish Eisler's child was terminated on January 23, 2013. On that very evening, without further discussion: he added my school to Yelp and posted his first defamatory review. My staff and I were unfamiliar with Yelp. We attempted to post comments to counter Hamish's defamatory statements. We didn't know employees are not allowed to review their places of employment and that I needed to join Yelp officially as the business owner and place my responses in the business owner comments section. These errors were quickly corrected. On February 4, 2013 Hamish Eisler sent the following "Compliment" to one of my staff members. Evidently, Hamish attributed the Yelp profile to me, thereby falsely accusing me of "pretending to be someone else." This is one of the many instances where Hamish Eisler has wrongfully stated I created "fake user accounts" and used "several different aliases" on my Yelp owner profile.

Hamish Eisler's Yelp "compliment" was nothing more than another sarcastic and taunting act of harassment. This photo is one he often refers to as being a phoney Yelp profile depiction. The image was used on my school signs and advertising. I had no objection to my employee posting the image because the Montessori community already associated the photograph with my school.

I received this Yelp email in 2013. Hamish was aware of the true reason why my employees' Yelp reviews were removed. Rather than vacating the idea that I created multiple Yelp accounts with wrongful intent: In 2017, he was still falsely accusing me of creating "a number of fictitious accounts... as well as having had several Yelp accounts that were banned."

Shortly thereafter I verified Hamish Eisler set up an account to monitor my website changes.
